Nathan is an experienced Builder with over 20 years in the industry. In the last 15 years he has specialised in crafting top quality architecturally designed homes, and has a broad range of experience in the residential and small commercial areas. This has included small and large renovations, Christchurch post-quake rebuilds, building a state-of-the-art funeral home and memorial garden, as well as shop and office fit outs. 

Nathan has spent recent years committed as a foreman and project manager for a top-end architectural build company. As this company winds down, he is eager to continue to provide the excellent service he is known for as Director of Nathan Duncan Builders. 

Nathan is a true Southerner who is regarded for his eye for detail, commitment, efficiency, and ability to solve problems should they arise. He will work hard for you to bring your dreams to life. 

Away from work Nathan is immersed in family life with his 3 young kids. He spends his free time in various outdoor pursuits, or back on the tools completing projects at home with his young apprentices' assistance.
